## General Vault Function

**plvHEDGE** is Plutus' first in-house vault strategy, designed to deliver **automated, actively managed yield** from market inefficiencies. While it began as a **funding rate arbitrage vault**, plvHEDGE has evolved into a **multi-strategy system** built to perform across a range of market conditions — bull, bear, or sideways.

Key features include:

• Automated strategy execution with no user maintenance required

• Capital efficiency and downside protection through hedged positioning

• Vault structure that allows for flexibility in sourcing yield opportunities

• Multi-chain accessibility

• Real-time performance tracking with transparent vault metrics **(Coming soon)**

## Fees

There is a **12% performance fee on plvHEDGE**. The fee is taken on realised profits and **all performance metrics on the plutus.fi -dapp** are based on net values, i.e. **after fees**. What you see is what you get.

## Minting & Redeeming

You can enter and exit **plvHEDGE** directly using **$USDC or $HONEY** on the [vault page](https://plutus.fi/Vaults) at any time.

The vault is accessible through multiple chains, thus reducing the need to juggle your tokens between chains to participate. As of July 2025, the chains include Arbitrum, Berachain and Superseed.

While the funds trade, the Plutus dApp routes you through a liquidity pool and when the contract is open you are redeeming your assets directly from the contract.

The value of plvHEDGE is synchronised across the available chains whenever the contract is open.\
\
Direct contract interaction is minimised to raise yield efficiency but high demand of either direction raises the frequency of direct contract interaction to reduce potential slippage induced losses.

## Audit

Conclusion:

> The Plutus DAO team provided us with a follow-up commit hash to evaluate the remediative actions carried out for the two aforementioned open exhibits.\
> \
> **We validated that** both **exhibits** \[findings left after second round of audit] **have been alleviated in an exemplary manner**, and thus consider all outputs of the audit report properly consumed by the Plutus DAO team with no outstanding remediative actions.
