  • Used to bootstrap and incentivize new products

• Liquidity reserve - 11.1% - 12,000,000

  • Held in multi-signature wallets.

• Bribes and incentives warchest - 5.6% - 6,000,000

  • A 24-month bribe warchest

• Team salary - 9.3% - 10,000,000

  • Linear unlock over 24 months

• Marketing and growth - 3.7% - 4,000,000

  • Paid out on milestone basis

• Fund-raising - 11.1% - 12,000,000

  • Sold only as needed
